Privacy policy

Novacare Nettoyage is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are. Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector of Quebec, as amended by Law 25.

1. Privacy officer
In accordance with Law 25, a person is designated as responsible for the protection of personal information within the company.

2. Information we collect
When you complete our quote request form we collect: your name, your email address, your phone number, the service requested and any message you send us.

3. Purposes of collection
This information is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, follow up on the service and, if you have consented, send you our newsletter. It is never sold.

4. Consent
By submitting the form you consent to our using this information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Disclosure and hosting outside Quebec
Our site is hosted by a provider whose servers may be located outside Quebec. Web fonts and analytics may also involve processing outside Quebec.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic (pages viewed, referral source, device type). These cookies are only set with your consent.after your explicit consent, given via the banner shown on your first visit; you may decline without losing access to the site. IP addresses are anonymised and Google’s advertising features are disabled.

7. Retention period
Information submitted through the form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and manage the business relationship, then deleted.

8. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards — restricted access, encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and confidentiality by default — to protect the information entrusted to us.

9. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent, to request its deletion or de-indexing, and to obtain a copy of it.

10. Privacy incident
In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned without delay.

11. Complaint
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

12. Changes
This policy may be amended. The update date below indicates the version in force.
